It has a gentle, nurturing and loving energy that helps one to let go of negative feelings and emotions.

It helps us open up our hearts so we can feel more affectionate towards others without judgment or expectations for reciprocation; this allows us to let go of any anger or resentment we may have built up over time due to past experiences with others who have hurt us emotionally.
When to use: Rose Quartz is perfect to use when you are feeling doubtful of your role as a mother. It can help with the dreaded feeling of “mum guilt”.

Rhodonite is a stone of balance, a stone of the heart chakra and one that promotes compassion, forgiveness and love. It’s an excellent crystal to use while you’re pregnant or breastfeeding your child, as it will help to calm you down if you feel overwhelmed by motherhood.
When to use: Because rhodonite is so helpful for new beginnings and “resets,” it can be an especially valuable crystal when you are opening up to a fresh start.
